Not all coaching is the same!
I spent most of my younger adult life either not knowing what I wanted from life or how to get it.
The 'just go for it' advice never worked for me. I needed more than a clever plan, I wanted tools to help me when I had no motivation or when I came up against a hurdle or started doubting myself.
That's when I created The Rewire Coaching Process (I didn't know that was what it was at the time). I used it on myself to discover what I really wanted and how to get it and I have used it to help all my coaching clients since.
Not everyone knows what they really want, never mind how to get it. I want to help people cut through the brain chatter, indecision, lack of direction and self- doubt to get the life, career or business they want and I want people to have access to practical tools, strategies and support that actually works.
